Dr. Jo Gooding (she/her)

An educator and researcher specializing in inclusive design and design-led innovation, Jo brings a deep understanding of accessibility challenges from both a personal and professional perspective. As a Zinc fellow and expert with the Global Disability Innovation Hub, she ensures that our approach is grounded in evidence and real-world needs. Jo’s research expertise informs our product development and user experience strategies, bridging the gap between academic insight and practical innovation.

Judith Cook

Founder of Elba London, Judith combines entrepreneurial experience with a passion for functional fashion. Her hands-on experience designing for ease and style—exemplified by the Elba EZ magnetic fastener—fuels her vision for making mainstream fashion inclusive and accessible. With a background in international PR and marketing, Judith leads StyleAbility’s business strategy and partnerships, translating user insights into impactful market solutions.

Jessica Ryan-Ndegwa

A designer and founder of Design for Disability, Jessica champions a more inclusive society through creative practice. Born with cerebral palsy, she noticed the absence of disabled voices in product design and now works to change that narrative. Her portfolio includes collaborations with The Design Museum, Tate Exchange, Interbrand, and more. Jessica also serves as a trustee for Stage Text, a deaf-led charity dedicated to making culture accessible to all.
